As a general rule, risk of loss of goods prima-facie falls on the owner. When the ownership (property) is passed to the buyer, the goods shall be at the buyer’s risk whether delivery has been made or not. So if the goods are destroyed may be due to fire or damaged in a riot, the buyer will bear the loss, even if the goods are still in the possession of the seller
