Mam chap 2 unit 3 practical q no 3 and 6 are similar but in 3rd q they use sec 26 but in 6th q they use sec 21 mam..why mam..plz expalin to me mam..

I feel that as the goods are unascertained, the following two provisions can be applied for both the questions
Section 18- Goods must be ascertained-
Where there is a contract for the sale of unascertained goods, no property in the goods is transferred to the buyer unless and until the goods are ascertained.
Section 23 in The Sale of Goods Act, 1930-Â
Where there is a contract for the sale of unascertained goods, Ownership is transferred to the buyer as soon as the goods are ascertained and appropriated to the contract; either by the seller with the consent of the buyer or by the buyer with the consent of the seller.Â
