ICAI Results 2020
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducted the CA Exams in Nov 2020. Students who attempted the examination are now eagerly awaiting their results. In this article, CA Preeti Aggarwal provides a step-by-step guide on how to view the result of exams conducted in Nov 2020.
ICAI conducts exams in the month of May and Nov every year. The result of exams conducted in May are generally declared in the month of July and the result of exams held in Nov are generally declared in January. However, as the Nov 2020 exams were postponed, the results shall be declared later than usual.
The expected result date for CA Foundation Nov 2020 exam is second or third week of January 2021 and for CA Inter Nov 2020 exam is first week of February 2021.
The candidates can check their result using any of the below three ways:
1) View the CA result on the official website
Students can visit either www.icaiexam.icai.org or www.caresults.icai.org or www.icai.nic.in to view their results. On visiting the website, they shall see various links on the page showing the result of CA Foundation, CA Inter, CA Final.
Student shall click on the link depending on the result he wishes to view. He shall be then directed to the chosen page.
Details like 6 digit Roll number, 4 digit PIN No. or Registration No and Captcha will have to be entered to view the result.
It is advisable to save the result and take a printout for future reference.
2) Register to get the CA result by e-mail
Student shall be required to first login to ICAI Exam Website (http://icaiexam.icai.org) using your user-id and password. He shall then click on the link “e-mail registration”
The result shall be then sent to him on this registered e-mail address.
3) Result from Nov 2020 by SMS
Arrangements have also been made by CA Institute for students desirous of knowing their results with marks on SMS
For CA Foundation students

This message shall be sent to 58888 (For all mobile services)
For CA Inter Students
